The Smart Criminals

The fact that no one cares almost leads me to believe that there's nothing to care about. That moment after the plane trashed where you turn off your computer. YOu remember reading about that? I do. People have that glitch in their brains. What? Something happened? When?

This greatly depends on who hurt the dog.

I'm putting a lot of stock on dog torture and/or death, but it's antisocial behavior, hurting animals. You walk into a house, you move some things, you're curious. You hit an animal and scare it bad enough it won't come out from underneath a bed for hours? Different. But I don't know who did it. My stepfather or someone who d was coming into the house at night.

The following afternoon, my mother couldn't even get Suki (same dog) back on the bed. She was too scared. We had to wait. She Someone did something to the dog.

Borderlines. They will come into yoru house. I left you a love note. YOu borke up with me. I don't like it. But I still love you. ETc. They won't torture your dog. NO.

My concern is, why is no one else concerned? That's it. Are we waiting? Does everyone figure therre's no real threat?

ONe of our dogs was stolen back in May of 2008. It was my mother's dog, Lily. Right off of the property. My mother was hysterical about it. Never found her. The hackers say she's dead.

How can a genuine threat exist and persist and no one else recognize it?

I read a criminology book not that long ago. It said that the smart criminals don't get caught.

IN the other blog, I thought I was chosen because I had a "victim profile." Sex worker. My background, the PTSD, low income, relatively isolated, etc. d. There's some truth to that. HOwever, as I told my grandmother today, I wasn't randomly picked off a street corner.
